Delete account.

You can permanently delete your Testley account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

This is permanent

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, session history, answered questions, streaks, XP, subscription records, and referral data. This cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel auto-renewal in the app before deleting — refunds are not issued on deletion.

Fastest

1. Delete from inside the app

If you still have the Testley app installed, the fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app. Deletion completes within a few minutes.

  1. Open the Testley app
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm — your data is removed immediately

2. Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the app or can't access your account, email us from the address (or with the phone number) you registered with. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Certain records may be retained for a limited period if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes — as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you're under 18

Parents and legal guardians can request deletion of their child's data at any time. Email privacy@testley.com with proof of guardianship and your child's registered email or phone number. We'll respond within 7 business days.
